Personal Assistance Services

Our Personal Assistance services are designed for adults and are tailored to empower clients to lead more independent and fulfilling lives through the help of our care providers. Services include comprehensive care and limited involvement.

Comprehensive Care

Our caregivers are equipped to assist with various aspects of daily life during service hours. This includes help with feeding, basic hygiene, toileting assistance, and maintaining your loved one’s daily routines. Please note that for safety reasons, our caregivers are not authorized to cook or prepare meals, but they can serve already prepared food. They also do not provide bathing services but can assist with basic hygiene needs such as brushing teeth, washing hands and face, and toileting.

In addition, caregivers are not allowed to administer medication. However, if the medication dosage is already prepared and set aside by the parent/legal guardian, our caregivers can provide reminders to the client to take their medication at the appropriate times.

Client Safety and Transportation

The safety of your loved one is our top priority. Our caregivers do not provide transportation services during service hours and are not permitted to drive the client. All services are strictly provided at your home address.

Limited Community Involvement

We recognize the value of community engagement. While our services take place in the comfort of your home, we also offer the flexibility for some service hours to be spent in a safe community setting within a short walking distance from your home, such as a nearby park or a leisurely walk around the block. This allows your loved one to enjoy a change of scenery while maintaining their well-being and safety.
